Built to the car, not to a catalogue.
Turbo manifolds, stainless systems and one-off fabrication, cut and welded to fit the vehicle in front of us. Fifteen years of it, in a two-bay workshop at Risby.

Fifteen years building Powerflow systems. 4.96 averaged across 155 reviews. 304 stainless on every job. Warranted for as long as you own the car.

Turbo and exhaust manifolds
Built alongside Elmer Racing, who supply the billet turbo and merge collectors. Every joint is back-purged with argon on both sides, so the weld penetrates properly instead of sugaring on the inside.

- Process
- TIG, back-purged, full penetration
- Material
- 304 and 321 stainless
- Fit

Stainless exhaust systems
Authorised Powerflow dealer for Bury St. Edmunds. Each system is hand-formed and fitted on the vehicle rather than pulled off a shelf, so it is made to fit everything it needs to first time.

- Cat or DPF back, manifold back, full system, decat
- Material
- 304 grade stainless throughout
- Tips
- Large range, chosen on the car
- Warranty
- Lifetime, for as long as you own the vehicle

One-off fabrication
Brackets, mounts, repair sections and parts that no longer exist. If it is steel and it has to fit something, it is worth bringing in. No job is too small or too big to talk about.
- Typical work
- Brackets, mounts, repair sections, obsolete parts
- Materials
- Mild steel, stainless, aluminium
- Bring us
- The vehicle or the part. We will talk it through
- Lead time
- Quoted with the job, before anything is cut

The part you cannot see is the part that matters.
Argon goes inside the pipe as well as over the torch. Without it the inside of the joint sugars: it crystallises into a rough, brittle crust that sheds into the turbo and strangles flow for the life of the car. A sugared joint can look perfectly tidy from the outside, which is exactly why it is worth asking any fabricator whether they purge.
- Gas
- Argon inside and out, every joint
- Root
- Full penetration, no sugaring in the bore
- Check it
- Look down the bore before it goes on the car
- Finish
- Heat tint left as it came off, not blasted
